Sift’s employee profiles are the core of what we do, and profiles are completely customizable to meet your organization’s needs. An
attribute is a representation of a piece of employee information. “First name”, “Department”, “Skills” are examples of attributes that we commonly see on an employee profile. We provide many useful attributes on a profile page by default, but Sift also allows your administrators to create custom attributes to make the profile truly fit your company. For example, if your people acquire industry certifications that are important to be included on their profiles, this would be an example of a custom attribute as these certifications could be curated and easily displayed on an employee profile. These custom attributes are completely configurable and easy to set up on Sift.
Values for these attributes can either be provided by one of your company data sources, or can be collected by Sift from your employees. We provide many different types of custom attributes to choose from, including single and multi select, autocompletes with constrained or free-form entry, and much more.
All attributes, including custom attributes, are also searchable/filterable using Sift’s quick and powerful free-text search.
